Hi, I’m Siri Erickson

Certified Menopause Doula. Doctor of Leadership. Brain Boss Mentor.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped smart, high-achieving women lead with purpose, prioritize their wellbeing, and navigate life’s hardest seasons with clarity and confidence.

But a few years ago, I hit my own breaking point. At 46, in the thick of perimenopause, I went from leading major initiatives in academia to struggling to leave the house. My mind was foggy, my body was exhausted, and anxiety made even everyday tasks feel impossible.

One night, my symptoms got so intense I called 911 in front of my kids—and knew something had to change.

That moment became my turning point. I left my high-profile job and committed fully to my healing. I invested thousands in coaching, holistic health, and evidence-based tools. I earned certifications in menopause support and tapping. Slowly but surely, I got my brain and my life back.

Now, I help other women do the same.

As a Certified Menopause Doula and founder of my own coaching and consulting business, I guide women who feel like they’re losing their minds through the fog of perimenopause and into a new season of clarity, focus, and self-leadership.

I’ve spoken on stages to over 50,000 people and led programs for thousands more—but the work I’m most proud of is helping women feel at home in their minds and bodies again.

If you’re ready to get your brain back, reclaim your power, and lead your life like the boss you are—I’m here for that.I love helping people tap into their own healing power so they can grow and change in alignment with their life aspirations and leadership goals.
